CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
LAMBDA SCIENTIFIC, S.A. DE C.V.
In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2010, and its corresponding Regulation (together the "Law"), LAMBDA SCIENTIFIC, S.A. DE C.V. ("LAMBDA"), a leading company in the pharmaceutical analytical field, with the analytical laboratory located at Municipio Libre No. 160, Col. Portales, Benito Juárez City Hall, Mexico City, Mexico, C.P. 03300, and corporate offices located at Monrovia 300, Col. Portales, Benito Juárez City Hall, Mexico City, Mexico, C.P. 03300, extends and makes known for all legal purposes, this Data Privacy Notice.
I. What are Personal Data?
It is information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, expressed in numerical, alphabetical, graphic, photographic, acoustic, or any other form, which may include, among others:
General data such as full name, work and/or home address, landline and mobile phones, fiscal address, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), email address, occupation, personal references.
Patrimonial and/or financial data, such as bank account details, Interbank Clabe number, and bank references. Hereinafter, the aforementioned data will be collectively referred to as "Personal Data."
For the purposes mentioned later, LAMBDA may request and retain copies of your official identification with a photograph, your bank statement, Interbank Clabe, proof of address, RFC certificate, which will also be safeguarded with the necessary technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your Personal Data.
II. What do we use your Personal Data for?
LAMBDA will collect the Personal Data that you provide voluntarily and exclusively for the following purposes:
Identification.
Evaluation, quotation, and, if applicable, contracting of goods and/or services.
Registration, modifications, and/or cancellations of our customer records and membership programs.
Payments.
Preparation of withholding certificates.
Contact in person, by telephone, or through email for the aforementioned purposes.
Statistics.
And, in general, for the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations, and if necessary, for administrative, judicial, or any other processes involving the owner of the Personal Data.
It is important to note that, without your Personal Data, we would not be able to carry out the purposes for which they are required, and in such case, we would have no responsibility for their proper achievement.
Once the purpose of the Personal Data processing is fulfilled, they will be blocked solely for the purpose of determining possible responsibilities related to their processing, until the legal or contractual prescription period expires. During this period, Personal Data may not be subject to processing, and after it has elapsed, they will be canceled in the corresponding Database.
III. How do we collect Personal Data?
The collection of Personal Data is carried out in compliance with all the principles established by the Law, such as legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility.
Personal Data will be collected directly from the owner in person or through optical, sound, visual, or any other legally permitted technology, including but not limited to emails, websites, service proposals, and/or quotations.
Additionally, for verification and consultation purposes, as well as verification of the truthfulness and accuracy of the Personal Data you provide, we may obtain information from other sources permitted by law, such as telephone directories, references from other companies or individuals, public databases of any public or private entity, among others.
IV. With whom do we share your Personal Data?
LAMBDA may transfer your Personal Data solely to its subsidiaries and affiliates for the purpose of complying with its administrative processes of supplier registration, payments, tax withholdings, agreement preparation, contracts, statistics, and control. LAMBDA may disclose or allow access to the Personal Data you provide to comply with applicable legislation or at the request of the competent authority. Under no circumstances will we commercialize, sell, or rent personal information about you to a third party without your prior consent.
The Personal Data you provide to us may be compiled and stored in a database owned exclusively by LAMBDA.
We understand that you have given your consent to the transfer of your Personal Data, having expressly stated that there is no objection to such transfer through the means we have made available and informed you of in terms of this Notice.
V. How do we protect your Personal Data?
Personal Data will be kept under the strictest confidentiality, and they cannot be used for purposes other than those mentioned above, unless there is a change in this Privacy Notice.
At LAMBDA, we have the necessary and sufficient security, administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access, or processing, which we also require to be complied with by our clients, even if they are subsidiaries or affiliates of LAMBDA.
VI. Who is responsible for the processing of Personal Data?
The area responsible for the processing of Personal Data at LAMBDA is the Human Capital Management, located at Monrovia 300, Col. Portales, Benito Juárez City Hall, Mexico City, Mexico, with business hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday, at the email address privacidad@lablambda.com.mx, or at the phones (55) 56049429, (55) 56049378, ext. 2005.
VII. How can you exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, in accordance with the provisions of this Law?
You can exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and/or opposition) by directly contacting the area responsible for the processing of Personal Data via email: privacidad@lablambda.com.mx.
The ARCO request can be made using the request form that you will find below:

Alternatively, you can make the request in a free-form letter that must contain at least:
Name and address of the owner or another means to communicate the response to your request.
Documents accrediting your identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner.
Clear and precise description of the Personal Data regarding which one of the rights is exercised.
Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data, as well as any other document required by current legislation at the time of the submission of the request.

VIII. When can you exercise your ARCO rights?
In terms of the Law and the Regulation, from January 6, 2012, you can submit a request to exercise your ARCO rights, and within 15 days following the date on which LAMBDA responds to your request or if, after the term specified by the Law, LAMBDA does not respond to your request, then you can initiate the ARCO rights protection procedure before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection (IFAI).
